Catering Lead | FIFO | 2:1 | Snowy Plains

We want you to bring your passion for safety and people management to our team!The ideal candidate will be willing to do FIFO from Sydney FIFO or Canberra DIDO to NSW Snowy Mountains, working on a 14/7 11hour day roster.  There will be flights ex Sydney, accommodation, and meals included whilst on site.Who are we looking for?   As the Catering Lead you will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.  Key focus:Managing high performing catering teamsManaging the day-to-day operations of a retail business, including managing sales, inventory, customer service, marketing, and customer interactionsBuild and strengthen client relationships while delivering outstanding customer serviceLead, development and manage a diverse work force ensuring they understand role and can meet performance objectivesIdentify areas for improvement and utilise our systems, policies and procedures with a view towards improving the efficiency of village operationsFamiliar with HACCP compliance and remote site HSE requirementsProven ability to negotiate, influence, listen, guide and interact effectively with all stakeholdersSolid understanding of HR processes and cultural competenceStrong people management skills and proven ability to build and support team cohesionExcellent computer, compliance and reporting skills  Why Join Sodexo?Sodexo is a people business, employing over 400,000 people worldwide and thousands in Australia.
